Who

My name is Michelle McCullar.

What

I am a Makeup Artist with a background in Fine Art and Illustration. I have a strong understanding and appreciation for color and style from my Fine Art background which also contributed to my interest in Production Design (costumes, sets, props) and Directing within the film world.

I am an Illustrator with 10+ years of training and practice. My passion started with anime styles, my desire to be a Disney Development Artist encouraged me to expand into Disney style illustration and a love of comic books eventually drew in American style comic illustration, all while expanding my love of paint, pastel, colored pencil, pen & ink, and charcoal fine art.

I am an aspiring voice actress and experienced singer/performer. I have been trained in opera, jazz, pop and broadway styles. Since childhood, I have enjoyed creating character voices and dreamed of someday being a Disney Princess. I saw The Little Mermaid when it first came out and have wanted to be just like Jodi Benson ever since.

Where

I was born in Houston, TX and moved to New York with my family when I was 10. I graduated from Ithaca College in May 2009 with a degree in Cinema & Photography. I recently relocated to Glendale, CA and I work around LA as a freelance Makeup Artist.
